This Privacy Policy describes Innovex Uganda Limited’s (referred to as “the Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) policies and procedures on the collection, use, disclosure, and protection of Your information when You use the Remot Service (the “Service”). It also informs You about Your privacy rights and how the applicable laws protect You.

We use Your Personal Data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Interpretation and Definitions

1.1 Interpretation

Words with capitalized initial letters have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions apply whether they appear in singular or plural form.

    • Service refers to the Remot Application.

This includes third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, provide the Service on Our behalf, perform Service-related services, or assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.

    • Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (e.g., duration of a page visit).

    • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

2.1 Types of Data Collected

    • Personal Data: While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. This includes:
        • Email address

        • First name and last name

        • Phone number

        • Address, Country

        • Bank Account Number and Bank Name (for Account holders using our Payment Collection Service)

        • Usage Data

    • Usage Data: Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. This may include Your Device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address), device name, operating system version, browser type, browser version, pages of Our Service that You visit, time and date of Your visit, time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

2.2 Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

    • To provide and maintain Our Service, including monitoring its usage.

    • To manage Your Account and registration as a user.

    • For the performance of a contract You have with Us.

    • To process payments from customers to Your account (For Account Holders Using Our Payment Collection Service).

    • To contact You via email, telephone, SMS, or other electronic communication regarding updates, information, and security.

    • To provide You with news, special offers, and general information about Our services, unless You have opted out.

    • To manage Your requests and inquiries.

    • For business transfers, such as mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales.

    • The necessity for the performance of a contract with You;

    • Right to Object: Object to the processing of Your Personal Data.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 13. If You are a parent and believe Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us.

Our Service may contain links to other websites not operated by Us. We advise You to review the Privacy Policy of every site You visit.
